Blakemore Logistics Warehouse & Distribution Apprenticeship

Our Warehouse & Distribution apprenticeship programme is based in our fast-paced and bustling company warehouses, where no two days are ever the same.

You’ll be helping to keep 960+ SPAR stores well stocked and running efficiently by prepping customer orders ready to be delivered. We’re not going to lie, it’s hard work, but if you enjoy being kept on your toes then this is the role for you.

Key skills you’ll learn include:

• How to operate a picking truck
• How to use a product scanning unit to accurately pick and assemble customer orders
• How to load and pack goods in a safe manner
• How to accurately mark and store assembled orders awaiting despatch

The business recruits for this scheme all year round, with the majority of opportunities currently available across its West Midlands distribution depots.

To apply to this scheme you must be 16+.

GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A* to D (9-4) are desirable.
