A.F. Blakemore's logistics operation distributes to delivery points across the UK, including to more than 900 SPAR stores.

The company has a delivery fleet of more than 300 vehicles out on a daily basis. 

Our scheduling function uses a planning tool called Paragon that links into our warehouse management system to schedule routes. Fleet and fridge temperatures are fully tracked using a system called Blue Tree.
