A.F. Blakemore is committed to the prevention, deterrence and detection of criminal tax evasion and has an Anti-facilitation of Tax Evasion Policy in place to demonstrate this. 

Companies are criminally liable where they fail to prevent those who act for them, or on their behalf, from criminally facilitating tax evasion. 

A company could face prosecution if it fails to have in place reasonable procedures to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion. 

To help colleagues familiarise themselves with A.F. Blakemore's Anti-facilitation of Tax Evasion Policy, the business has introduced a training session to provide an understanding of it.
