SPAR launches own label raspberry flavoured vodka

Leading symbol group SPAR is entering the flavoured spirits market and has launched a brand new own label raspberry flavoured vodka spirit.

Adam Georgiou, Senior Brand Manager for Own Label Beer, Wine, and Spirits at SPAR UK, said: “We are proud to introduce our new own label raspberry flavoured vodka, which extends our extremely popular own label vodka range. Flavoured vodka is a growing sector of the spirits’ market and within the category, raspberry has proven to be the consistent crowd favourite.”

According to market research conducted by SPAR, raspberry vodka currently commands 37% of the flavoured vodka market. In addition, SPAR’s own label Imperial Vodka is performing exceptionally well. Due to this, SPAR expects its new own label raspberry vodka to be a bestseller.

Georgiou adds: “Our own label British-made spirit has been distilled five times and filtered three times to guarantee a smooth mouthfeel and clean, fruity flavour. We know this is a great, exclusive own label product for our independent SPAR retailers and stores as we move into the summer holidays. It is pricemarked at £14.99, which will prove appealing to customers looking for a great quality and value spirit.”

SPAR raspberry flavoured vodka is available in participating SPAR stores from 6 July 2023. The launch is being supported in store with POS and graphics, internal and external communications, and digital comms.
