YuLife: Sign Up to AFB’s New Wellbeing App

A few weeks ago A.F. Blakemore announced that it had partnered with life insurance provider YuLife to offer colleagues access to a 24/7 virtual GP and wellbeing app.

All colleagues can now sign up to the YuLife wellbeing app. 

This is completely optional, but we’d encourage you to take a look! 
 

Simply click here to get started. 

To download the app, all you need to do is input your payroll ID and surname. (Please use your payroll number as shown on MyHR.)

You can then use your email address to complete your signup. Once registered, you can download the app on your phone and start enjoying all the benefits YuLife has to offer!
 

The YuLife wellbeing app rewards you for healthy activities such as walking and meditating.

It connects to Google Fit or Apple Health, and for every step you take, you earn YuCoin, which is YuLife’s wellbeing currency. YuCoin can then be redeemed at your favourite retailers, such as Amazon, Argos, ASOS, John Lewis and Nike.

You can even choose to opt in to a company leaderboard to compete with your colleagues!

24/7 Virtual GP Reminder

Even if you don’t want to sign up to the wellbeing app, as an AFB colleague you can still take advantage of YuLife’s offering of access to Smart Health, a 24/7 virtual GP. This includes:

• Access to a 24/7 UK-based virtual GP, with private prescriptions delivered to your door
• A second medical opinion service
• Mental health support
• A health check
• Nutrition consultations
• An online fitness programme

This offering is also available to immediate family members, including children up to the age of 21.
 

How do I access the service?

Smart Health can be accessed on your smartphone, tablet or PC. The GP element of the service is available via the Smart Health app, available for both iOS and Android. It can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Register with your personal email address. You will need A.F. Blakemore’s policy number, LG011599, in order to activate your Smart Health account.
