Look Out: New Colleague Survey Coming Soon

A.F. Blakemore will be inviting all colleagues to have their say on working at the business in a new company-wide survey later this March.

The ‘Your Voice’ colleague engagement survey will run for three weeks from Monday 21st March to Friday 8th April. 

Group HR & Strategy Director Ian Diment explained: “Following the recent relaunch of The Blakemore Way and our five core values, which have a greater emphasis on sustainability, the environment, equality, diversity and inclusion, we thought it would be a great opportunity for everyone to have their say in a colleague engagement survey.

“The purpose of the survey is for you to give your feedback on what it’s like to work within the company and how we can improve – to make A.F. Blakemore a better place to work and ensure a great culture that we can all be proud of.”

Everyone will have the opportunity to have their say on how they are managed, pay, benefits, training, progression and communications.

The survey will be hosted independently by survey provider ETS, who work with companies across the UK to measure colleague engagement and drive improvement, so all feedback will remain anonymous and only be used to develop action plans to improve the business.

Feedback from the survey and the company’s plans for improvement will be shared with colleagues over the summer.
