Blakemore Fresh Foods provides a one-stop-shop for meat traders, wholesalers, manufacturers and butchers across the UK and Europe and has developed an ever growing reputation built upon standards, service and flexibility.

In 2010 the company invested £3.5m to relocate its entire operation to a new 30,000 sq ft meat cutting plant and storage facility.

The new depot at Hilton Cross in Featherstone, South Staffordshire, is located just off Junction One of the M54 and represents one of the most advanced operations across the whole sector.

A huge growth in sales at Blakemore Fresh Foods led to the saturation of the division’s former West Midlands depot at the Long Acres Industrial Estate, which has played host to the company since the mid-1980s.

The division specialises in a massive range of imported and exported meat while demonstrating its commitment to quality management by achieving Grade B BRC (Issue 6) Accreditation.

Blakemore Fresh Foods currently employs more than 30 people and has this year recorded a sales turnover of £21m.
