SPAR in the Community

SPAR stores are there for local communities when they're needed most.

The majority of SPAR stores are owned by local retailers who understand how important it is to lend their support to projects which matter to their customers.

In addition to supporting local good causes, SPAR stores across the Meridian & Welsh Guild are also part of SPAR UK's campaign to raise £2 million for the NSPCC.

Blakemore Trade Partners employees have also taken part in a whole host of regeneration projects at schools and community centres. In the 2010/11 financial year Blakemore Trade Partners and Logistics employee volunteers donated a total of 683 hours of painting, digging and planting to local good causes.
