We’re a small team of people dedicated to Heart Distribution. 

Caoire Blakemore, our Commercial Manager, heads up Heart, and is supported on the customer service side by Telesales Team Leader Gill Caddy and her advisor Lynsey Finch. 

Steve Kelk looks after our multiple account customers out in the field alongside Neal Harris, who takes care of our independent accounts. 

Procurement Manager, Lisa Barber, is responsible for procurement and product data and carries out much of the day to day liaison with producers. 

We are also supported by Blakemore Logistics, where Barry Davies, Marc Deakin, Stewart Constable and Dave Higgs head up the running of our warehousing and delivery operation. 

Our team, being such a small one, are all trained in each other’s tasks to ensure that we are as sustainable and self sufficient as possible.  Staff are encouraged to engage with the rural communities that Heart works with and regularly visit producer and customer sites.  We also hold ‘Meet the Team’ sessions, where producers are invited to team meetings to discuss their product and business. 

Between us our team has experience in all parts of the food industry.
