Our Commitment to Fundrasing

Our employees are proud to be part of an organisation that puts social responsibility high on the agenda, and make tremendous effort to raise money for charity. 

For the last four years Blakemore Retail stores have been supporting The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC).  So far the company has raised more than £1 million for the charity, and the fundraising partnership is still continuing for another year. 

Stores have raised money through a range of activities including sponsored walks, fun days, bucket collections and fancy dress days. 

About the NSPCC

The NSPCC is the UK’s leading children’s charity specialising in child protection and the prevention of cruelty to children.  The organisation aims to protect children from cruelty, support vulnerable families, campaign for changes to the law and raise awareness about abuse. 

The NSPCC runs projects and services across the United Kingdom and Channel Islands, including ChildLine, the UK’s free, confidential 24-hour helpline for children and young people.
