Our SPAR property requirements

We are looking for both leasehold and freehold properties and development land.  

SPAR property requirements: 2,000-5,000 sq ft

2,000 - 5,000 sq ft

SPAR property requirements: existing businesses, new builds and land

Existing businesses, new builds or land

SPAR property requirements: forecourt and convenience stores

Forecourts or convenience stores

SPAR property requirements: minimum of 25 customer parking spaces

Ideally a minimum of 25 customer parking spaces
